Shipping & returns

Zoey Inc is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within maximum 6 to 12 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

Zoey Inc is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

All our orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within maximum 4 – 12 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

Returns Policy 
We stand behind the products we create. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, have received an incomplete/wrong order or believe your product is defective, please contact us so we can make things right. 

In case of a return, you may choose any other item of the same value or more. We offer refunds only if the item has a manufacturing defect.

 

  • To be eligible for a replacement/return:
  •  

    • You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and return it within 10 days
    • Your item must be unused and the labels as well as packaging intact

    Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:

    • The return request is made outside the specified time frame
    • The product is made to order or personalized. 

    Returns Process
    Please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your product to connect@zoey.in. Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you. 

    Once our team has contacted you regarding your replacement/return request, we will schedule a pick up request. We do not charge any additional shipping on return of the packet.

      Refunds
      On receipt of the product in original condition, we will refund the full amount back to your account within 7 to 10 working days.

      Cancellation
      You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, please get in touch with our team by calling +91 6396919590 or email us at connectzoey@gmail.com with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
