We are so positive that you will love our collections that we offer 10 days from the date of purchase for a change of mind return or exchange. We only ask that the product be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact.
(Just so you know, our 10-day return policy does not apply to purchases made during special sale promotions..)
How does it work if I want to return my purchase?
We will arrange for the return pickup and initiate a refund after the package passes the quality check.
In case of COD, please provide your UPI ID for a manual refund. (Note: COD shipping charges are non-refundable.)
We only accept returns purchased through our online store. If you have purchased your product from our stockist, please get in touch with the store in which you bought them for assistance.
Unfortunately, ZOEY cannot be held accountable or provide refunds or exchanges for purchases made outside our online store.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?
Oh no! Stay calm - in case of a damaged item being delivered, we shall offer you a full refund (including return postage charges) or replacement, or you may choose anything else from our range of the same sell value.
I want a refund; how does this work?
Refunds can be made only to the bank account or debit/credit card that was used to pay online. Refund will be initiated the same day we receive the product back to our warehouse and will be reflected in your account in 4-5 working days. Refunds cannot be made in cash.
