Use of any service (for e.g., Reviews) will be subject to the rules & guidelines applicable to such service. In using zoey.in service you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below.



If you are under the age of 18 years you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use. You may be assigned an Account Username & Password to enable you to login and use certain portions of zoey.in. By signing up for an Account Username you agree to:

  2. Maintain and update the information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if zoey.in has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or not in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of Use, zoey.in has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your account and refuse to provide you with access to zoey.in.



Although zoey.in strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, zoey.in shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price. zoey.in shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, zoey.in shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.



There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. zoey.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.


You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, some Goods on the Website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your Order. If this occurs, zoey.in will contact you within five (5) Business Days to arrange a full or partial refund. We will use reasonable endeavours to process the refund within five (5) Business Days. Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund. zoey.in is not liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing your refund. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any Good displayed on the Website from sale either temporarily or permanently at any time without notice to you. zoey.in will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffers as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of availability with respect to a particular Good. If applicable, zoey.in will proceed to fulfill the remainder of your Order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfillment of your Order, you can return your entire Order to us as an order that has been incorrectly delivered in accordance with the Returns Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that:

all pictures and images of Goods displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only, and the sizes and dimensions of Goods may differ in real life;

you have read any corresponding written description of the Goods prior to submitting your Order;

the colour of Goods as shown on the Website may vary slightly in shade in real life;

where we provide sizing or other measurements in the descriptions of a Good (where applicable), it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your Order; and

any accessory featured with the Goods is for illustration purposes only.

You must bear the risks associated with the use of zoey.in. zoey.in provides content from third-party Vendors and while zoey.in tries to ensure that the content is correct, reputable and of high quality, it cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. zoey.in will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with zoey.in.

This disclaimer does not apply to any product warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product as specified in the product specifications. This disclaimer constitutes an essential part of these Terms & Conditions of Use.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, zoey.in or its Vendors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with zoey.in, its services or these Terms & Conditions of Use.

Without prejudice to the generality of the section above, the total liability of zoey.in to you for all liabilities arising out of these Terms & Conditions of Use be it in tort or contract is limited to the value of the product ordered by you.

zoey.in, its associates and technology partners make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of www.zoey.in or that the operation of www.zoey.in will be error free and/or uninterrupted. Consequently, zoey.in assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Site; and/or any interruption or errors in the operation of www.zoey.in.




OMJA ARTISANSHIP PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within maximum 4 to 12 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
OMJA ARTISANSHIP PRIVATE LIMITED is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
All our orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within maximum 4 – 12 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each Zoey product. If for some reason, you are unsure of the product or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at connectzoey@gmail.com or Call / WhatsApp us on + 91 6396919590 and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the item. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
To exchange the product, please inform us within 7 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to connectzoey@gmail.com or Whatsapp us on + 91 6396919590 with order no and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the product to the following address:
