Personalized text makes a product feel very special and emotionally connected. I'm really happy with the result, but I'd like to request a change: please consider charging on a per-character basis. The current 10-character limit is too restrictive for personalized messages like 'Nanihal ki ladli'." That I was planning for gift from my mother to my daughter.

I liked it, however, some other color than pink for the name would have suited the bag well .... while the bag I took is for a reason to be subtle, the name kind of pops with pink, had it been grey would have been nice. The quality of the bag is very good, it's the right size for my 3-year-old daughter to carry... I overall loved it. Thank you for a great product
