Shipping & Handling Policy
Within India:
We offer free shipping for all orders across India. Express shipping is available upon request.
International:
For international orders, a nominal shipping fee applies based on the products and the destination country. Please note that you will be responsible for paying Customs Duty as per the regulations of your country. The Customs Duty will be charged at actuals and must be paid at the time of delivery.
Production & Shipping Time
Many of our products are personalized or made-to-order, so production times may vary. Please check the product page for the estimated processing time.
If you have ordered multiple products with different processing times, please consider the longest lead time. To minimize packaging and reduce our environmental impact, we will ship your entire order in one package.
The shipping time for your order begins after the production time is completed. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification via email along with the courier tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
Expected Delivery Timelines:
- Delhi NCR: 3 to 4 business days
- Rest Of India: 6 to 8 business days
- International: 15 to 20 business days
Note: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and do not include weekend deliveries.
