Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not happy, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of receiving it.


How to Return or Exchange

  1. Make sure the item is unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  2. Email us at connect@zoey.in with your order details and the reason for return/exchange.
  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup and send your exchange product (if applicable).
  4. For refunds, we’ll process it after inspection at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • For COD orders, ₹100 will be deducted for shipping.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards or special sale items

Exchanges
To exchange, return your item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the product you want.


EU Customers
If you're in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags and packaging.


Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days. For COD, ₹100 shipping will be deducted. If you don’t receive the refund in 15 business days, contact us.
