Loved the baby carrier

I have purchased a customized baby carrier from Zoey. The first impression was the feel—it was amazing. On top of that, the customized design was just the cherry on top. I have given 4 stars because of the below reasons:

The time for delivery took forever. I had to do multiple follow-ups, and then it got attention. Being proactive in the logistics would help user experience. Second, the name written was not centred on the carrier; it was handcrafted on the edge, which is minor but still expected as it was an additional 300 rupees for that customisation.

Hi Varun, thank you for your detailed feedback. We appreciate your kind words about the feel and design of the carrier. We apologize for the delay in delivery and will work on improving our logistics. Your note about the customization will also be shared with our team. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing Zoey.
