Social Media and Customer Service Analyst (WFH)

Zoey is a baby bedding brand and we are growing really fast.We are building a sustainable, fair-trade baby bedding and sleeping brand. We are hiring a generalist to manage social media platforms ,customer queries and managing other admin tasks. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience in handling social media management.



  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries across all social media platforms and email.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing our posts, comments on social media 
  • Managing small projects across business development


  • Should have entrepreneurial mind and do to attitude
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using social media and particularly Instagram
  • Self-starter

Salary and Benefits:
