Social Media and Customer Service Analyst (WFH)
Zoey is a baby bedding brand and we are growing really fast.We are building a sustainable, fair-trade baby bedding and sleeping brand. We are hiring a generalist to manage social media platforms ,customer queries and managing other admin tasks. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience in handling social media management.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries across all social media platforms and email.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing our posts, comments on social media
- Managing small projects across business development
- Should have entrepreneurial mind and do to attitude
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using social media and particularly Instagram
Salary and Benefits:
